Grady Fest V is coming to Hingham Shipyard Marinas near Boston! Registration is available now! All of us at Grady-White are looking forward to all the fun, fellowship and activity at the greatest gathering of Grady owners and enthusiasts in the world!
Only the greatest gathering of Grady-White owners, ever! Grady Fest is an incredible snapshot of The Grady Life at its finest. A change in latitude, but with the same attitude. The birthplace of this fabulous event was Punta Gorda, Florida, sponsored in 2008 by the Tarpon Coast Grady-White Club and Ingman Marine. FishTale Sales & Service along their Grady owners’ club hosted Grady Fest II, III and IV in Fort Myers, Florida. This year, Grady Fest V will take place at the historic Hingham Shipyard Marina, Hingham, Massachusetts, in partnership by Baert Marine, Cataumet Boats, Bayside Marine, and all the northeastern Grady-White clubs! The main event is held Saturday, August 20, but please join us for a Docktails party beginning 6 P.M., Friday, August 19. Featuring local fare, music, and a cash bar, this is the perfect opportunity to get to know new faces! Saturday events begin at 9 A.M. and run throughout the day with educational seminars and demonstrations, plus featured vendors for all your boating needs. Lunch is a New England style clambake. There’ll be live music on the Marlin Midway, and more! We encourage everyone to take advantage of the sites in Hingham and the Boston Bay area, before and after Grady Fest.
Charitable proceeds from this year’s Grady Fest benefit the Spirit of America Foundation. Spirit of America students collectively spend more than 61,000 hours on the water annually, and over 10,000 students have graduated from the programs to date. These programs seamlessly blend the fun of safe boating with educational opportunities for young participants to mature and gain self-esteem. For more information on Spirit of America Youth Boating Education, visit their website at www.spiritofamerica95.org.

"With deep channels and sheltering bays and islands, it’s no wonder the Puritans chose Boston Harbor as the place to build their “city on a hill” in the 1630s. Two hundred years later, Oliver Wendell Holmes, one of their Yankee descendents, dubbed the city the “hub of the solar system,” and Boston has been called The Hub ever since."
